Sweet Potato Wheels

Ingredients•3 Medium sweet potatoes
•7tbsp Sugar
•2tbsp Cinnamon
•250ml Fresh cream
•Roll puff pastry

Preparation1.Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
2.Using the automatic steam cooking function, steam the sweet potatoes.
3.Mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the cooked sweet potatoes then mash it all together with a fork.
4.Unroll the puff pastry and scoop a generous amount of sweet potato mash into the centre, and spread it into a thick layer.
5.Roll up the pastry so that it`s the shape of a sausage.
6.Cut the roll-up pastry into 2cm thick slices.
7.Preheat the oven to 180oC on fan plus.
8.Place the sweet potato wheels 1cm apart in a greased baking sheet.
9.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown at the top.
10.Pour fresh cream over the wheels once baked and serve.
