PreparationPlace the oil, garlic and prawns in a suitable cooking container, cover and cook at 850 W for approx. 8 minutes. Add the curry powder, coriander, lemon juice, creamed coconut or coconut milk, stock, chilli powder to taste and seasoning. Cover and cook at 850 W for approx. 5 minutes and then at 450 W for approx. 10 minutes.
