Baked camembert with fresh figs, mascarpone and rosemary honey

Ingredients100ml Honey
1 Rosemary sprig, bruised
3 Camembert Rounds
60ml Soft brown sugar
100g Pecan or walnuts, chopped
6 Fresh figs, halved
1 Tub mascarpone

Baking

PreparationPre-heat the oven to 200C FanPlus.
Gently simmer the honey and rosemary together for a couple of minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
Scatter the brown sugar and 50g of the nuts over the cheese and place in the oven to bake for 8 minutes until the cheese is soft.
Remove the cheese from the oven, served immediately with some mascarpone cheese and drizzled with rosemary honey and the remainder of the nuts.
